How we share your information
Pick Your Rate is a brand of Lennox Mortgage Group LLC, a licensed mortgage broker (NMLS #2323240). We are not a lead generator: we do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for that party's marketing purposes.
We share information only as needed to serve you: with the wholesale lender you choose, to price and process a loan you have asked us to help with; with service providers that support our operations (such as our CRM, texting, and email platforms), who may use it only on our behalf; and as required by law or regulation.
Text messaging and mobile information
If you opt in to receive text messages from Lennox Mortgage Group LLC dba Pick Your Rate, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive, such as responses to your inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, updates about your loan, and promotional messages about our mortgage programs and rates. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other categories of sharing described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
